Meet the Team

Jerome Lustbader, DMD

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)

Dr. Jerome Lustbader completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University in 1975 and received his D.M.D. three years later at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. In practice for 32 years, Dr. Lustbader is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, First District Dental Society and the New York State Dental Society.

Dr. Lustbader is married with two grown children, his daughter, an attorney, and his son, a medical student. He enjoys sports, automobiles, and Colby, his miniature schnauzer. He is also a volunteer with the NYC Medical Reserve Corp.

Marina Rodriguez, DDS

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)

Dr. Marina Rodriguez was born in Germany and raised in Russia. She moved to the United States and went to Columbia University for dental school. One of her favorite things about being a dentist is making connections. She has a great connection with all of her patients. To her, dentistry is more than just clinical, it’s a passion.
Outside of work, Dr. Rodriguez is married to another dentist and has a lovely child, Max. She loves spending time with them and going to the beach and park.
Andrew Leder, DDS

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)

Dr. Andrew Leder graduated magna cum laude at SUNY-Albany with a Bachelor of Arts degree before receiving his D.D.S. from SUNY-Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 1991. After a two-year residency in periodontics, Dr. Leder earned his certificate of periodontics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

A board-certified periodontist, Dr. Leder competes in triathlons during his leisure time.
